Do you deliver?
Yes, we do deliver. All over South Australia. You’ll receive delivery from either one of our delivery drivers or one of our trusted tow truck partners.
How long is a week hire?
Our week hire is a full 7 days. So if you pickup a piece of equipment on a Tuesday, you can return it on the following Tuesday
Can I collect access equipment with my own trailer?
As long as your vehicle and trailer are rated for the towing capacity of the equipment, you can definiely collect with your own trailer. Ask our team for towing capacity on any piece of equipment we hire.
Do you service the equipment on long term hire?
We definitely do. All our equipment is services on a regular schedule. If the equipment is on long term hire, we will send a service tech out to complete the service on site.
What do I do if I have any issues with a piece of equipment whilst on hire?
Give us a call on 1800 841 062.We will either send a service technician out to you or replace the equipment on the spot
Can I return equipment after hours?
Large equipment can be returned after business hours if confirmed with our team. Ask our staff for the after hours details for smooth returns.
